Need a space for your next event or party?

The Museum has large areas available to rent for parties, corporate events, wedding receptions, or any other event.

Children's Birthday Party Package:

Price is $65 for museum members, or $75 for non-members, for up to 20 people. Cost for each additional person is $3. Price includes 1 1/2 hours in the children's party room located in the Discovery Center. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve this space with the balance due the day of the party.

Kentucky Farmers Bank Conference Room Rentals:

Located on the main level of the museum, the Kentucky Farmers Bank Conference room is available for meetings of up to 40 people. Rental price for the conference room is $100. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve this space with the balance due the day of the meeting.

Cecil Fannin Family Event and Exhibit Hall Rentals:

The Cecil Fannin Family Event and Exhibit Hall is suitable for larger groups with up to 150 people for a sit-down function or 200 people for a buffet function. All rentals in the Cecil Fannin Family Event and Exhibit Hall must be scheduled after the museum closes at 5:00 PM. The museum will not close for a rental.

$400 rental fee for up to 200 people for a 4-hour rental (which includes cleanup time). A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance of $200 is due two weeks prior to the event.
