Jennifer Criswell is the Office Manager of the Highlands Museum & Discovery Center. Previous to her position as Office Manager in July 2008, Criswell was employed with AT&T as a Customer Service Representative for 2½ years. She is a graduate of Ashland Community & Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.
